Family-Owned and Operated Plumbing in Olympia

Richard and Carol McCaslin have over 35 years of experience in the plumbing industry.  Richard first worked for Carol's father, and later Richard and Carol started their own plumbing company in California, which they operated for nearly 15 years.  In 1990, The McCaslins moved to Olympia, and soon after formed their new plumbing company, M&M Plumbing.

Since 1991, M&M Plumbing has grown with the McCaslin family. All four of the McCaslin boys at one point have worked in the family business.  Michael, the oldest son, has worked with the company since he was 16 and is now the chief service technician and journeyman.  Jonathan and Ryan, the middle boys, have both moved on to other ventures.  Matthew, the youngest, has just started working in the company and is training in the family business.  Meanwhile, Carol runs the office, manages the books, and handles appointment setting.
