To qualify for this program, your property must be served by the LOTT alliance sewer system, and you must replace a toilet that uses 3 gallons or more per flush. The PDF application form lists additional information, as well as examples of the toilets provided under this program.
The HET toilets are 100% under this program; however you are responsible for installation.
