I recently bought a rental property and M&M Plumbing came highly reocmmended by my realtor. This property had serious water damage and mold and repairs had been made. I wanted to be sure they were made right, so I called M&M and they were on site that afternoon. Mike and John cut open the bad sheetrock, located the problem (sheetrock screw through the copper pipe), cut out the bad section and told me how to install nail guards to prevent it from happening again. While they were there I had them replace a trip lever in the tub and de-clog the sink. Total time: about an hour. Very, very reasonably priced. Prompt, Got the job done fast. Highest recommendation.
